AUGUST 29TH- SEPTEMBER 4TH, JID & FEELING SEEN

I really enjoy listening to JID. I feel seen by listening to him, as stupid as it sounds. When he rails off streets on the East Side and Zone 6 landmarks, it helps me identify better with his music. The Forever Story is a triumph. My friend, who’s even more East Side than me, at least in time spent living there had this to say:

“the forever story > thriller, MBDTF, good kid maad city, 2014 FHD, watch the throne, illmatic, TPAB, College Dropout, and Carter 3 all combined.”

I can’t say I agree but I’m happy someone is out here making music for niggas like me.
